What do I do if I lose my password or email address?

Why do I need to register?

You need to register so we have all your information to complete your order. By law, purchasing contact lenses online requires eye doctor verification. We use the information in your order and registration to fulfill your order. Registration also improves communication between JCPenney Optical and our customers, occasionally we offer special promotions that are tailored to your needs.

Does my account have a copy of my prescription?

Yes, your most recent prescription is saved in your account for future orders.

Do you save my eye doctor information?

Yes, your eye doctor information is saved in your account in the Eye Doctor Prescription section. You can edit your doctor information if it has changed. 

How do I reorder my lenses?

Please go to your account and find the order you want to reorder. Click on reorder and continue the checkout process.
